We have also directly worked with more of the best London based freelancers than other company (we've also worked with a lot of jokers). We have a vast network of top talent who we can upscale with very quickly - and the great thing is, we will have worked directly with them in the past - and know they are good.

Or you could work with one of the bigger agencies, play the lottery with the type of talent you get (yes, they will also hire freelancers and upscale very quickly) and get charged double the rate card. But at least you will have access to an agency that has some worn out pool table in a soulless bar.
